What counts as one fix?

One contained problem, like a contact form that stopped sending, a phone number that won't tap to call, or a menu that won't open on phones. Your list shows each fix and its price, so you know the total before anything starts.

What if my site needs more than a fix?

Sometimes it does, and we'll tell you. Usually fixing what's broken costs less and takes less time. A full rebuild gets its own fixed quote. Builds start at $3,500.

Do you need my passwords?

No. You add us as a user with our own login, and you can remove it anytime. Please don't text or email passwords.

I don't know my login, or who hosts the site.

That happens a lot. We can help you work out where the site and the domain live and get access back in your name.

Why would I pay every month?
