Questions people ask first.

Is the first listing video really free?

Yes. Send a link to one current listing and we'll make the video. If you'd post it, the next ones are $95 each. If you wouldn't, you don't owe anything. One free video per agent.

Am I allowed to use my listing photos for this?

Usually, but it depends on your agreement with your photographer. Some agreements limit video use, so check with them if you're not sure. We only use photos you're allowed to use for marketing the listing.

Will the video show my brokerage?

Yes. Your brokerage name goes on every video in the format your brokerage asks for, and you confirm it on the preview. The text sticks to the home and its features.

How do you make them so fast?

We built our own setup for the repetitive parts, so the time goes into choosing the best photos, the order, and the text. Every video is checked before you see it.

Do contractor videos bring in work?

We can't promise they will. What they do is give people who look you up something recent to see, and answer the questions they'd otherwise call about.

I don't want my customers' houses online.

Then nothing that identifies the house goes up. House numbers and personal things get cropped out, and you decide what posts. If a room is recognizable, ask the homeowner first.

Do you need access to my app for a launch video?

Only if the video should show signed-in screens. Then a test account with demo data works best. We record from your live site or a staging copy and never change your data.

Can I cancel the contractor videos?

Yes. After the first two months, it's month to month.
