Your Business Deserves a Real Website
When a Custom Website Pays Off
A starter website can cover the basics: hours, location, phone number, a few photos, and a contact form. WestchesterAI is most useful when the website has a real business job to do.
If you need a site that captures leads, routes inquiries, connects to payments or scheduling, syncs with your CRM, supports user accounts, or helps your team stop re-entering the same information, custom development starts to pay for itself.
The goal is not a bigger project for its own sake. It is a practical build with production-quality code, clear ownership, and a fixed proposal you can understand before committing.
When a starter site is enough
- You mainly need your hours, address, and phone number online
- You want the simplest way to get a basic presence live
- You do not need anything beyond a simple contact form
- You are comfortable managing updates yourself
When custom is worth it
- You need lead capture forms that route to the right person
- You want to accept payments or sell subscriptions
- Your site needs to connect to other systems (CRM, email, scheduling)
- Speed and search ranking matter to your business
- You need a web application, not just a marketing site
From Business Websites to Full Applications
Business Websites
Professional sites built around lead generation: service pages, proof, contact paths, FAQ, and mobile-first structure. Custom code, fast loading, and built so Google can actually find you.
Web Applications
Full production software with user accounts, databases, payment processing, and integrations. Dashboards, portals, internal tools, subscription products. The same approach we use for our own production software, applied to your business.
Speed & Performance
Your existing website loads slowly. Maybe it scores 30 on Google PageSpeed. We audit the site, identify the bottlenecks (usually uncompressed images, render-blocking scripts, and bloated plugins) and fix them with measurable before-and-after proof.
SEO Foundation
Every site we build includes proper title tags, meta descriptions, structured data, sitemaps, and mobile optimization. Not an afterthought or an add-on. Built in from the start.
Payments & Subscriptions
One-time payments, recurring subscriptions, invoicing, or checkout flows built into your site. We have set up payment processing in multiple production applications. This is not our first time through the checkout flow.
Hosting & Ongoing Support
We set up hosting that is fast, secure, and reliable. SSL certificates, global content delivery, and automatic deployments are standard. After launch, monthly retainer available for updates, monitoring, fixes, and ongoing improvements.
What Every Project Gets Right
We use production-grade tools trusted by thousands of companies. But the technology matters less than what it does for your business.
A note on technology choices: If your project is better served by WordPress, Shopify, or another platform, we will tell you. We do not force everything into one approach just because it is what we prefer. The right tool depends on your needs, your budget, and who will maintain the site after we hand it off.
Projects We Have Built
Every one of these is live and in use. Real users, real transactions, real businesses.
How a Project Works
Conversation
Thirty minutes, no charge. We go through what the business does, what you actually need built, and the budget you're working with. If a simpler build, a phased scope, or a different platform would serve you better, we will say so on the call.
Scope
If the work is clear, we scope it directly. If it is still fuzzy, the Diagnostic comes first so the build is grounded in how the business actually runs.
Build
We build in weekly sprints. Each week you see progress on a live preview URL, not a slideshow, not a PDF mockup. You give feedback on real pages with real functionality. Changes get incorporated as we go.
Launch and support
We deploy, run through a launch checklist, verify everything works, and provide documentation. Hosting setup is included. After launch, optional monthly retainer covers ongoing updates, monitoring, and improvements.
